So, we went to the auto shop, and found out they could fit us in for the smog test in an hour. Ez and I decided to go to the park to play and take some pictures.
We went back to the auto shop and waited for another hour or so, here is a view from inside...
After the test was over, I got the bad news that it was going to be a longer day than I had hoped for. It didn't pass safety due to a worn front tire. That meant, I had to go all the way across town to Les Schwab to get that sorted out.
Since they quoted us a wait time of approximately 30 minutes, we walked across the parking lot to a little restaurant and ate some lunch, just Ez and me.
We walked back over, were reminded that to prevent such wear that we should routinely rotate our tires every 5,000 miles, and then drove across town again to get the car re-inspected.
This time it passed, and since I didn't want to drive across town in the other direction and stand in line at the Registration office, I payed $8.00 extra to register my car at the auto shop. So, approximately $190 later, I sit here on my quasi-couch and type.
Here are some (I think) cool pictures from today.
Hope you all had a more entertaining day! At least I got to spend my day with such a handsome, (and very well behaved for such a boring day) little boy!
With Love,
Suz

I totally pay the $8 to do it there. I CAN NOT stand to wait once, then wait again. Can't. Do. It. Espeically with 2 toddlers. Not gonna happen.
We had a pretty low key day which was just what I needed. I feel a tad lazy but its winter. I'm always lazy in the winter. Always.
Great pics by the way!
Olivia! Thank you!
After I talked to you I realized that I had to do the registration today, so it was probably a good thing we didn't hang out today, but I am looking forward to tomorrow! :)
